Background: code.org is launching a fundraiser to train teachers to teach 100 million students one hour of coding across all grades, worldwide

Problem: Coding as a crisis that nobody knows about.

Target Audience: Digi-tech managers. 

-Men and Women ages 20-60 HHI: > $80K

Research: 

Computer programming degrees = 2% /// Computer programming jobs = 60%

-America does not have the resources (coders) to keep up with the advancements of technology.

Insight: Managers think of the health of their businesses today, but do not consider the long term.

Strategy: Realize what a world without coders would look like.
